How your purchase is delivered

• Player registrations: on successful payment, your registration is confirmed immediately on the Platform and by email confirmation to the address on your account.
• Organizer platform access: access to platform features is enabled on your account immediately after a successful payment.

Didn’t receive access or a confirmation?

If you completed a payment but don’t see your registration or access, please email play@pikl.in with your name and transaction reference, and we’ll resolve it.
