Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for payments made through Vishal Choudhary (trading as Pikl Play). Pikl Play collects tournament registration fees on behalf of organizers and may also charge organizers a platform/subscription fee.

Registration fees (players)

• Tournament registration fees are non-refundable once you have registered and paid, because your entry reserves a place in the draw.
• Exception — event cancelled: if the organizer cancels the event (or reschedules it materially and you cannot attend the new date), your registration fee will be refunded.
• Some organizers may offer a withdrawal window before their event. Where offered, those terms are shown at the time of registration and are honored at the organizer’s discretion.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method via our payment gateway (Razorpay), typically within 5–7 working days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

Organizer platform & subscription fees

Fees paid by organizers to Pikl Play for use of the platform are non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

How to request a refund

Email us at play@pikl.in with your name, the event, and your payment/transaction reference. If your event was cancelled by the organizer, please mention that. We will review and respond within a reasonable time.

Disputes

As registration fees are collected on behalf of organizers, refund eligibility depends on the event and the organizer’s cancellation. We facilitate refunds in line with this policy; disputes about an event’s conduct should first be raised with the organizer, and we will assist where we can.
